Our furnace went out just as our family was getting ready for bed on a Saturday evening before a really big cold snap. What a relief to speak to the owner personally, who was reasurring and calm. Within an hour, a technician was at our door guiding us through a stressful time. Every step of the way, we were reassured, met with honest answers, and solid common sense options. I'm happy to say, we have a new furnace, fully financed, and a personal visit to go over our new system by the owner. We had a Generac Generator installed at our home through Crown Wheele. Their price was great, they did a fantastic job with the install and their support has been amazing! We'll be looking forward to having them service all of our HVAC needs in the future.

We have used Crowne Wheele off and on since our home was built 30 years ago. Last Spring, the did a very professional and neat generator installation. It works really well. Their craftsmen have always been first rate, courteous and efficient.

On two different occasions we had an appointment scheduled for someone to come out to look at the vent on our house and they did not show up nor did they call to tell us they couldn’t make it. We called for an update on the situation 2 hours after the scheduled appointment and they said they got caught up on another job so we rescheduled. Today the same thing happened. It was an hour and a half past the time they said they would be out and no updates or anything on their end. I called again to see what the situation was and I was told the same thing that they were caught up at another job site and “well now we just had to make a guy leave their job site to come to your house”. He have used then for electrical and plumbing. Had lighting run to the barn & pool. Had a complete HVAC replacement as well as a Generac generator added. (Best decision for power reliability.)
