What a great experience. My husband called and they came out the next day. We just gave them the garage code. They came in and fixed Our furnace while, my husband and I were at work.They even took a video and texted it to my husband to show what was wrong. I thought that was going above and beyond since we weren’t there to see. I would highly recommend them. To find somebody to come out the next day and have it fixed by the time I got off work I think is amazing. I am very happy with the service and the price. Honest company and that’s hard to find these days! Thanks again Austin really appreciate it!

These guys are great. Very honest, know their stuff, not the kind of business that's looking to take advantage of you if your system is repairable. During the first HOT week of summer, they were able to squeeze us into the schedule next day (when everybody else was saying my pregnant wife would have to wait a week). Had the best price for the unit we got, and has worked flawlessly for about a month now. Will update if anything changes.

Austin is an honest guy that is willing to spend time with his customers. Really appreciated his time today as he answered all my questions about my AC system. He also will only do a repair if you need it and won't oversell.

Austin from Custom Air has mastered the art of customer service, and the craft heating and cooling. Getting to know the man through multiple encounters at my business and at my house has locked his spot as my heating and cooling guy! I have even referred him out to all my family members, with doing so he has never failed to provide the most top notch performance.
