Custom Built Design & Remodeling recently created a new bedroom in our basement, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We had such a great experience with Custom Built from start to finish. The whole process was smooth and easy — which is not something you always get to say about a construction project! Anytime we had a question, Greg, Dave, or Tyler were right there with quick, thoughtful answers. Dave and Tyler are usually working hard on the job so it was a huge bonus that Greg's role makes him available to us whenever we had a question that felt pressing. This really makes them stand out from other compaines 👍😃 The communication was honestly next-level. The group chat included everyone — the salesperson, supervisors, and us — so nothing ever slipped through the cracks. We also got to work with real designers who created a 3D graphic of our poolhouse plan, which saved us from about ten debates at home.

Using Custom Built Design & Remodeling was the best decision we made when it came to removing our two unusable balconies and creating a larger usable one. They fabricated the railing to match the railing inside our home. Their attention to details was spot on. I also love our new corbels. Eight were removed and replaced with more decorative ones that stayed with the gingerbread theme of our home. And you can’t even tell there was a door on the upper level. The process from the design stage to completion was flawless. Greg Winter was the best project leader. They communicated with us on a regular basis, when they said they’d be here, they were. Just redid my kitchen that dated back to 60/70. Custom built and Greg handled my redo.beautifully done was hard to Handel living without a kitchen sink or stove so of course wish it went faster but the end result has come out great and very happy. Thank you custom built.Andy. M

Dianna Corsi was absolutely wonderful to work with! We are very detailed oriented, and thought we knew exactly what we wanted going in, but Dianna came up with multiple alternative designs for us to consider, and all of them were really great. She made the process so easy for us, and utilized modern technology to enable us to see lifelike renderings of the options available to us to make our space more functional and really beautiful. We also have to give a shout out to Emily Otten, who greeted us upon our first arrival at Custom Built in Okemos.
