The sales representative was very attentive and knew her products well enough to give options and suggestions for each of our concerns. The prices are competitive. The show room was clean and the lighting alliwed us to see the colors in more than just subdued electrical lighting.

First off we love the carpet. Changed the complexion of the whole house. What we really liked dealing with Quentin was the execution of the installation. They came out and measured right away, their installation crew (JR and Rob) were terrific. They installed using mechanical stretchers (not kickers), they took care of the old carpet, and they moved the furniture. Williams customer service is first rate.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Help make suggestions and listen to what you want without being pushy. You can check out samples to take home and see how they look in your house which is super helpful. Definitely considering using them to install our flooring

Jamie was excellent helping us pick out the perfect carpet for our basement. The entire process was so easy and the installer (JR) was fabulous. Highly recommend!
