My wife and I are very impressed with: Kerri, who did our scheduling for the mitigation installation and our technician, Tatum, who showed up on time and worked very efficiently to complete the job. He also cleaned up all work areas before leaving and went over the installation with me. I had spoken with another company to get an estimate and it was obvious for me to choose Epic because they really convinced me they totally knew this entire process. I will recommend Epic Radon to my neighbors.

Our technician/installer provided outstanding customer service. He explained every aspect of the work, and offered several options for the location of the equipment with the pros/cons of each. He took great care to securely attach the exhaust pipe to our house close to an existing downspout. After completing he work, he took great care to explain the entire system, and answered all questions thoroughly and in understandable terms. Based on this experience, we highly recommend Epic Radon solutions.

My experience with Epic from initial contact to installation was excellent. They explained to me everything that would be needed to address my radon issue and options. Their price was very reasonable. The installer, Ryan, was very friendly and explained to me everything that he was going to do and why. When he saw that the ground underneath my basement was all clay he let me know that I may need to upgrade my fan to address it and why. Great experience all around. My wife and I are completely satisfied with Epic Radon Solutions. Our satisfaction stems from a quality installation, professionalism of the technician (Tatum), as well as the outstanding result of the remediation. We have been monitoring radon continuously for more than a year using two monitors (cross verification) and the radon readings have never been lower since installation. Prior to Epic's remediation the radon levels could reach above 9.0 during periods when we were out of town and not opening doors/windows. Since Epic's remediation we have been averaging 1.0 and below. We have never experienced radon levels this low, even when we were home and opening doors and windows.
