Heat'n Sweep

We love our new gas log fireplace from Heat n Sweep! The information and professionalism of the staff when we shopped helped us make the best decision for our double sided fireplace. The installers were punctual, courteous, and did quality work! We are very pleased with going to Heat n Sweep!

We love our new fireplace. It works great. We only have one complaint. I’m not crazy about the lay of the logs. They don’t look like the ones in the store display and don’t look the way I expected. A little disappointing. Wow! The best customer service! After the above review a team came to our house and worked on our fireplace until I was more than satisfied. They showed me something I had missed on the remote and made changes to get the look I had hoped for. Thank you Heat & Sweep for a job well done and our beautiful fireplace!
