We had an excellent experience with our home inspector. He was extremely thorough and took the time to carefully walk through every part of the home, making sure nothing was overlooked. What stood out most was how patient he was in answering all of our questions along the way. As buyers, that made a big difference for us. He explained things clearly, pointed out both major and minor items, and helped us understand what was important versus what was simply routine maintenance. His attention to detail and willingness to educate us throughout the inspection gave us a lot of confidence moving forward with our purchase. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy home inspector.

To be honest, as a first time home buyer I know very little about the end to end process of what warrants a great inspection. Majeske took the time to explain everything in detail and walk me through the entire report. They were incredibly detailed and and took the time to walk us through everything they found in a way that was easy to understand. Jacob and Mark were also incredibly respectful. I'm sure I asked some silly questions, but they made certain I felt confident and informed about the home my fiancée and I were purchasing. These are your people to book, I can't recommend them enough!

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with this company. We just purchased a 415k+ home. This inspector did not check the roof, later after closing and move in, within the 1st month the roof leaked into our newly rennovated garage. The garage was also not inspected at all "due to storage of previous home owners" still being in there, later severe moisture and mold damages were found after closing on home resulting in thousands of dollars to repair. Crawl space was not fully inspected and later found to leak and have 6 inches of water build up after 1st rain...full parameter of home later flooded during 1st rain storm and debris (ie carpet, rocks, mesh netting and even layers of shingles on the ground) were found around exterior of home placed by previous owners in attempts to pre
