Custom Landscape & Design

My husband and I wanted a playground area for our children. However our backyard is sloped, making it difficult to plan anything that required flat land. Custom Landscape and Design came by and immediately solved our problems! They designed a retention wall and the perfect sized play area. My family absolutely loves it, including the built in benches. Custom Landscape and Design did a thorough job, they worked in a timely manner, they were professional and communicated effectively. We highly recommend this company!

My experience with this company started in March 2020.  After 3 months of calling, I FINALLY got a contract on June 6, 2020, which I accepted.  During the last 14 months, I have called, emailed, and texted.  Most of the time, I’ve received no response.  Sometimes I received a text that said they were too busy to do my job.  Occasionally I was told my job would be done in a few weeks, only to never hear anything again.  Here are pictures of the contract and what I’ve had to live with while waiting.  I’ve spent countless hours weeding broken driveway edging, and had to hire a contractor to come abate parts that are worsening.  I don’t know why a company would string someone along like this, costing them countless hours and money trying to hold the problem together - never mind the anxiety an
