I requested a quote. Got a visit. Never heard from them again even after I followed up asking for the quote, if you don't want to do the job you could be honest instead of ghosting customers.

Great service. Very prompt. They replaced our outdoor service panel and added 3 new outlets in our garage along with adding AFCIs throughout the house and added GFCIs where they were needed. They also installed whole house surge and lightning protection.They weren't the cheapest, but I felt they were the most thorough in researching what we needed. They also left a bit of a mess on our deck, but in their defense, they might have just not gotten around to cleaning it up prior to finishing the interior work. Nothing a broom and hose couldn't fix.

My wife and I just moved to Kerrville from Boerne and bought a house that had substantial renovations. Unfortunately, the previous owners took some short cuts when doing those renovations. Those shortcuts led to issues with electric in several rooms. We called DW in the morning and they came that afternoon to diagnose the problem. Despite the confusion caused by the renovations, DW's team was thorough and professional. They tackled the problem as best they could and provided my wife and I things to look out for in the future. I had heard great things about DW from longtime Kerrville residents and we weren't disappointed at all. We will use them anytime we need electrical help in the future!
