Trent, Kory Dino and Mike, were hands down the most professional understanding people I have worked around. Their expertise and experience showed in every aspect of the work. They help me to remove radiators from my boiler system and then installed all 2 new forced air furnaces and 2 whole house air conditioners. Their dedication to customer happiness showed in everything they did. Thanks for all the hard work guys.

I recently started working as maintenance at a apartment complex in Greensburg and Demilio's were the vendor servicing this facility. We have a boiler system with PTAC unit providing heating and AC. There promptness, expertise without question is top notch. Dave, Matt, Rich and all the other guys. As a maintenance man I like to learn the different systems and they are willing to give share there knowledge. When or if I need them at my residence they will be my first call. I needed some duck work done and a new coil repositioned from the top of my furnace to the bottom. In addition they did do work on my burner because the person that installed it didn’t do it correctly and the furnace had a difficult time heating the house. Now it runs fine. All the guys including the owner were extremely nice. They clean up afterwards also.

I just had Chris and Rich from Demilio Heating and Cooling come service my Riello 40 oil furnace. They were polite, quick, and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend the Demilio Team enough to work on HVAC equipment. Also, just a reminder, always get your HVAC system inspected every year..... TRUST ME...

I called when my boiler went down and i had a tech at my house in less than an hour. Hayden was the tech, was very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. I was impressed by the level of professionalism that was shown thru out the process.
