Jim was great for getting my 240v outlet installed in my garage and updating my electric panel (which was from the 70s). He was also very commutative and kept me updated through the process. Very nice person to work with and got the job done quick. I would recommend him for and electrical needs you would need for your house. Jim came out and installed a new outlet on a garage wall that never had one, run wiring for a new garage heater, and up the amperage on a couple breakers. Price was fair, communication and work both excellent. Definitely will use Dial in the future for any of my electrical needs.

I called Jim yesterday after suspecting a bad breaker but I couldn't be sure with my limited electrical aptitude. He was more than helpful over the phone to discuss what was going on, so I decided to move forward with a house call. He showed up promptly, diagnose and changed the breaker within 30 minutes. He was; straight forward yet personable (answering all my inquisitive questions). Thorough (making sure everything was in proper working order). Knowledgeable, (pointing out other issues with out upselling). Fair, (he didn'tbreak the bank). To me, I feel he went above and beyond what other tradesman have done in my past. I'll definitely be locking him in to my contacts as my go to electrician for when electrical issues arise and I highly recommend him for any of your needs as well.

Jim went beyond expectations!! He wired the entire 700 sq ft of our unfinished basement with lights and outlets, put in pull chains for utility closets, installed vanity lights, ran the exhaust vent for the bathroom and added the best lights and exhausts for the space. He has years of experience so we were able to get his recommendations on finishing the rest of our basement. We definitely recommend Jim for any electrical needs!
