Contacted Dietrich Electric for possible issue with my elderly parent’s home. Appointment was easy to schedule, Mr. Dietrich understood my concern. He arrived on time and quickly assessed the “problem” which in fact was not a problem. Other service providers might have taken advantage of my ignorance but he did not. In fact there was no charge, not even a trip charge. I cannot recommend Mr Dietrich more highly. I will certainly be using him in the future and will recommend him to all.
