The entire team from beginning of building this business relationship to the services rendered part has been a smooth transition. Carlos has been very thorough and responsive, the property I manage hasn’t been well maintained until now. The guys are very hardworking and care about the work they have been delegated to take care of. The property looks amazing, can’t wait until it’s flower choosing time, Carlos definitely has an eye for the wow factor my property needs. 100/100, owners and residents couldn’t be more happier!!!

We had our backyard done by them, it was a great experience, we love the results and the quality. Our yard went from unattractive and dysfunctional to wow and being the place we love the most. We had a retaining wall installed and lots of plants. The best thing is that adjusting used all the plants that we had and we didn’t have to chop down any of the trees. It was an absolute pleasure working with them.

What a dreadful level of customer service. Took three weeks to get someone out for a quote, then a week to receive the quote. I approved said quote within a couple hours, and then 10 days later got an email that I had an appointment upcoming the next day. This was them scheduling the work without consulting me, but I approved it. They proceeded to no-show the appointment to work, and reschedule me to the weekend. I’m now sitting here after getting no-showed again. Incredibly frustrating lack of service and communication.

They show us a nice design plan for our flower beds with the correct plants. The crew was great in the way they did their job. We are very pleased and will recommend to other neighbors.
