Emerald Lawns - San Antonio Lawn Care

I paid to have my yard leveled and they barely added any sand. First, when I called them to prep, as they didn’t even leave instructions, they said to mow 1.5-2” long. Usually when you level you want the grass short so you can see the not level areas. Thought this was a bit strange. Second, once the guys did the sanding they just left. They didn’t walk the yard with me at all. I did see them do a drag of the yard but at no time did I see a leveling rake come out. There was clumps of sand just sitting on top of the grass which when a leveling rake was used, just fell down. There is 1/8” to 1/4” of sand if any in most of my yard and it is not “level” in any sense of the word. In fact, my yard was in decent shape before this work and now it has burn marks from the sand was not worked into

Just had Justin out to treat our yard. He spread the granules, but then went over the area we were concerned with. He spent time explaining tips for a great spring yard and took time for us. I am sure the other techs are great, but we really like Justin. The company itself is great. They take any concerns we have seriously (even when we are worried for nothing). I recommend emerald lawns and will continue to use them in the future

This company has not helped my yard one bit i called about a simple fertilizer and apparently the works package (that they threw into my fiancé and said i wanted cause she handled the house stuff. I never asked for btw) and now i have dead spots all over my yard which were not here before i started this contract. They came out rice and “handled it apparently and more and more keep popping up. Go another route. My yard was in amazing condition before them minus some crabgrass that i asked to the controlled. Look at these photos then ask if you want to do this.

Justin was the technician today to install our Lawn treatments. I watched him as he meticulously applied the fertilizer/pre-emergent. I told him after he had finished this process how impressed I was with his meticulous application. He methodically had a process to cover the entire square footage and not miss any of the total area. I highly recommend that some of the younger techs need to follow his lead when it comes to applying your product. Justin‘s process was fast and efficient. This produces a win-win situation for both the client and Emerald lawns. The proper amount of product was applied & homeowner was impressed with the coverage.

Tyler is the supervisor that’s been working with me in my yard for the last six months. He is absolutely amazing, what a great listener and Great knowledge regarding lawns and how to get the best out of it! He is easy to talk to and what amazing follow up. I would recommend Tyler to anyone What an amazing person!
