Discount Pool and Spa World

Our experience with Discount Pool and Spa World was wonderful, everyone was hard working, knowledgeable and friendly. We were amazed that with in days the fiberglass pool, concrete and fencing was completed. We were so pleased with their work that we had them install a safety cover. I highly recommend Buddy and his crew if your looking to have a pool installed!

I started my research on inground pools close to 5 years ago and decided to take the leap. I wanted four quotes and someone to answer all the questions I still had. Geo took the time to have multiple conversations addressing my concerns, what I wanted vs didn’t. Patient and very informational he was. For a three man crew they worked exceptionally hard and completed my job in a little over a week. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this company to making your dreams come true too.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I called for service on a hot tub purchased from them in 2018 on June 24, 2020 and spoke to someone in the store who could not and would not help me, but would give 'Buddy' the message. I called two times to follow-up since in two and a half weeks I heard nothing from them. Apparently this company sacrifices customer service and quality by having Buddy as a one man show. He does installation and service. It is now July 28th and I have yet to hear from Buddy or anyone for that matter. I have since called someone else who was thankfully willing to look at a tub manufactured by a company they don't sell. Beware that once you buy and your tub/pool is installed this company wipes their hands of you. No communication, no follow-up, and no idea how to provide

These guys are hard workers. It’s hard to find a company anymore where the boss works right in the trenches with his employees. We are happy with our in ground pool and would recommend them to others. They are affordable and do good work. Please reach out to me if you are considering a pool install.

We have nothing but great things to say about buddy and his crew! Not only did they do a great job on our pool but built a wall and added lights to it when we didn’t even ask for it. They went above and beyond! I would recommend them! After they finished they came back down at no cost and completely cleaned up our yard and made sure all was good! Thanks again!
