We are extremely happy with the service provided. It starts with Emma answering the phone, I'm not sure there's a more pleasant person on the planet. She also communicated with us about scheduling and status of parts ordered. Paul was our technician, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to our current issues and the history of repairs. Our mini split has never worked better.

I called Diversified after my old AC company, while nice, just couldn’t figure out the real problem. Diversified was super efficient and honest with their diagnosis, and they finally got it right. I’ve now used them twice for different units, and the experience has been just as great each time. Paul came out earlier this week on short notice and couldn’t have been more awesome. He even went back to the house to follow up with the service. Couldn’t be more satisfied. From now on, they’ll be my go-to, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone.

Paul did an outstanding job with our mini split system. He carefully inspected both the indoor and outdoor units, recharged the system, and gave everything a thorough cleaning so it now runs smoothly and efficiently. My technician showed up exactly on time. He was wonderful and kind and took time to explain everything to me. He worked quickly and efficiently. I was having major issues and I called out diversified because the other HVAC vendor I had was really disappointing and kept failing to fix the problem. By the time he left at the end of the day, everything was working perfect and he had fixed some pretty major problems. So happy and excited to strongly recommend this vendor. My technician's name was Paul, and Paul was what really made it absolutely fabulous. He was clearly vastly experienced and happy to take the time to explain everything to me.
