Quality Air Conditioning and Heating is awesome. My heater went out during a cold snap and they were able to replace it the same day and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Timothy at Quality Air Conditioning Heating and Refrigeration LLC was outstanding from start to finish. He’s not only a great technician but also a genuinely good guy—professional, courteous, and easy to work with. We had four mini splits installed in our home, and he completed everything in just one day without a single issue. His work was top-notch, and his pricing blew all the other companies we spoke with out of the water. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I’d recommend Timothy and his team 10 out of 10.

Disappointed. Initial tech took multiple hours and couldn't diagnose the problem. A second tech came out and tried to convince me that a repair wouldn't be worth it and that I needed a whole new $7k system. Got a second opinion elsewhere, problem was diagnosed in 15min and fixed it for a few hundred bucks in just a couple hours. He even thought the initial tech could have even caused some of the problems he had to fix. Haven't had any issues since. So do your due diligence. The owner seemed competent and nice enough in our correspondence though.

We can't say enough about Tim and Quality AC/Heating & Refrigerator. Profesional, prompt and answered all my questions. They did an outstanding job replacing my heat pump and condensor unit. The 2 techs (Ben and Chris) came at 830a and were done by 4pm. I was there to make everything was up and running with out any problems. Thoroughly impresses. 🤯. Furthermore, they were willing to work within our budget and accepted payments. Great job, guys!

Quality Air removed our old swamp cooler and did a complete HVAC install. Work was done professionally and timely. Work crew was friendly and helpful throughout the process. I don’t know how they work in this heat, but it did not slow them down one bit. Tim, the owner, is very kind and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and answers any questions prior to the instal. I would definitely recommend them for an HVAC instal or repairs!
