Saul’s team is just the BEST. They’ve been my go to for years now. Reliable and caring, Saul is a landscape artist and plant caregiver all in one who understands our needs. He has an unmatched attention to detail and aesthetic, always take the extra time to go above and beyond. Let’s not forget how thoughtful and accommodating they are. We all need to feel like a queen and so do our desertscapes. I cannot recommend the modernist landscapes enough 🙌

Saul and his crew reimagined my outdoor spaces in my new home beautifully. Clean, simple, cohesive, definitely hot fussy. The 12-.ish foot privacy shrub hedgerow was immaculately groomed without being so perfect it looks unnatural. The xeriscape we wanted to create is gorgeous, with very thoughtful placement of the cacti succulents, native plants and fruit trees. The huge mesquite in the front got its canopy beautifully shaped and it’s not dominating the rest of the landscape. We could not be happier with the work. The irrigation updating is still in progress but I have full faith that it will be done as well as everything else.

The Modernist Landscape has been trying to win my account for a while now. My old landscaper sold his business which gave me the opportunity to work with Saul and the boys. Best thing that could have happened to me. See for yourself!

Working with The Modernist Landscapes has been an exciting and inspiring experience. We’ve been designing our desert property in Joshua Tree for years, and finding a team that cared as much about the vision as we did was critical. From day one, communication was seamless. They were attentive, collaborative and incredibly thorough. The team installed six 35-inch box trees and reimagined the placement of several large boulders across the property. I know basically nothing about landscaping, so I lean hard on pros who do this every day- and Saul made the whole process effortless. He’s dedicated, professional, prompt, and genuinely easy to work with. They transformed our property and the results look top notch. Our entire driveway was graveled and it came out clean, intentional, and exactly what the property needed. We have them on monthly service and everything stays dialed in.
