The owner of this company is extremely difficult to deal with! He charged me $245 for a service call when it was supposed to be a free estimate (not telling me of the change before coming out to the house), he hung up on me when I asked why he charged me. I called back to get a better understanding on why he charged me and got a response of " If you want a written estimate you're now going to pay $100 + 245 for everything. This was a great example of bad communication and customer service.

So happy with the professional work done today! For all the years of ‘water worry’ it is all behind me now! Thanks for such a fabulous job well done!😊👍

Nate was very professional and explained what needed to be done. Spent extra time explaining want to my adult son. Also wrote list for me. Water to be delivered tomorrow and I will call them back after that. Nate completed the job and explained what had been done and advised to call with any concerns. Excellent technician!
