Our tenants had an issue with the Water Heater pilot light not staying lit. Hi-Desert Plumbing got someone out the next morning. Quote for fixing was $1,500 with the tech having 50% Confidence in a fix.. Quote for replacement was $3,500 to $6K/$6,500 with differences being warranty lengths. Since the water heater was 21 years old, we went with replacement. We opted for the $3,500 option, which they called Economy (2 yrs labor warranty & 6 yrs Water Heater Warranty). James & Brandon were the crew that was sent. I spoke with James throughout and he was very patient answering questions. He sent photos (before & after). Absolute professionals! Ruben Garza and Branden deserve more than 5 stars. These two found the leak pro-integrity couldn’t, it was a broken air conditioning condensation line buried inside a wall. This company is my new go to. One call had them out and problem solved, they were even able to come out sooner than scheduled. I wish I had called them first, but my home warranty sent a different out of town company, who said my tub was cracked and were only interested in remodeling my bathroom.
