Great experience from start to finish. Kobe was extremely helpful with the quote, fixing ventilation issues and helping with color selections. The crew did a great job and the owner texted me the next day with pictures of all the sheeting they replaced and gabel vents closed off. Solid company. Thank you.

At first this roofing company seemed like a great fit for our roof. Stan was knowledgeable and attentive to the specific jobs we wanted taken care of. We had received a start date and everything seemed to fall into place. After the tear off we knew we had extra wood that needed to be replaced and we anticipated. When we showed up to check on the job, the crew did not do the specific jobs we had expected and gone over with Stan during the initial quote. The crew boss told us he was not going to do what we wanted done. The crew boss was yelling and swearing at my husband. When my husband called Stan to complain, Stan sent another person out to the job. That ends up being another argument/ fight between him and the crew boss. The crew barely spoke English. My husband and I had to wait for a

Stan and his crew replaced our roof in less than two days. They did an excellent job and we were satisfied with the price. We were able to inspect the sheathing and flashing before the shingles were applied. They left the job site very clean.

I recently had a great experience with Diversified Roofing. Kobe came out to inspect my older roof and assess if repair/replacement was required. He conducted a very thorough roof examination, explaining things as he went along and answered any questions l had. Kobe was very professional and knowledgeable as well as being friendly and honest. I was left impressed and will definitely be returning to this company in the future!

Was concerned about a leak and Kobe came and did a complete check even going into the attic. Kobe took pics and sent them to me. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. Will definitely call Diversified when the time comes to replace my roof!
