Five stars plus to Wahl-Roehm Heating & Cooling ! Yesterday evening, with outside temps about 7 degrees, my furnace suddenly stopped heating. Wahl-Roehm had installed my furnace/ac about 18 months ago, so naturally I phoned their after hours number expecting no answer until the next business day. To my surprise, Steve (from Wahl-Roehm) called back within 5 minutes. He was stuck at an all night job & couldn't come out, but he walked me through the steps to not only diagnose the problem but fix it as well. We were on the phone about 45 minutes, some time taken up by me going outside to check a pipe & finding some tools. He was very patient, very clear in his directions & obviously VERY knowledgeable. They truly saved the day for us! Another company came out and completely messed up our boiler, but Steve was able to come the same day and fix our fuel oil system. With an infant at home, we couldn’t be without heat, and he made sure everything was working again quickly. He took the time to explain what he was doing and got the job done right. We’ll definitely be recommending him to anyone who still uses fuel oil!

Day after Christmas and heat goes out at my mom's house. Emergency call in the morning, repair was done in the afternoon. Really a lifesaver to keep my mom warm in her home. Would highly recommend.

Excellent work on a retrofit in 2021, and again for new construction /as-built installation in 2025. The crews are well integrated with project management, and every effort is made to exceed expectations. Good group of people.

I was able to get same day service. Aaron and Austin provided great customer services. Austin explain everything that was going on with my furnace and was able to trouble shot the issue so I could have my a/c working. I would recommend this company over any in company in the Washtenaw county area.
