I was very pleased with work done by Lashbrook Mechanical. Kyle came out in a timely manner after my furnace died, and provided detailed estimates for various replacement options for my furnace, and additional options for ac. While I was deciding among several companies, he responded promptly to further questions I had. Lashbrook had the lowest price among 4 companies, but I wanted to be sure they were also reliable. I was able to schedule installation within a few days. Kyle and team arrived on time and completed installation. Already I see an improvement in heating of upstairs rooms compared to previous furnace. If you need HVAC work, I highly recommend talking with Kyle at Lashbrook Mechanical.

Lashbrook did a great job. They were very quick to get me a proposal (which was the lowest of the 3 I got). Then they got me on their schedule in about a week. When the first mini-split they installed would not work properly they returned it under warranty to the manufacturer and were out the next day with a new unit that has worked flawlessly. The workmen cleaned up after themselves very well. Their communication was excellent and they always showed up when they said they would. The quality of the install was great.

Our 28 year old furnace decided to stop working a week ago and Kyle came in to check it out after a long day of installation. He was quick with his diagnosis and did not charge us for finding out the failure of our furnace. After much consideration, we decided to go ahead with installing a new furnace and he was able to get us in a few days after the inspection. He provided us with reasonable prices and did not try to upsell us at any point. He was very understanding throughout the entire process. The installation was very quick and clean, and Kyle and his team came in early to their appointment, making everything much easier and smoother. This was a fantastic experience and we will definitely be working with Lashbrook Mechanical in the future!

Update: Kyle and team installed new HVAC in our home. They did a great job and explained everything along the way. Highly recommended and very nice and responsive to work with. Prior service: Kyle came out to fix our A/C within a few hours of my call. He diagnosed the issue and explained what was wrong and had the system working quickly again cooling the house. He also gave me a quote for a new system as well since ours is about 26 years old. I was pleased with the prompt, friendly service and would recommend to anyone!

My furnace went out after the snowstorm. It was hard to find someone to come over the same day, but Kyle’s team arrived in less than half hour. They diagnose it very quickly. My 25yo furnace control board was defective, and it is complicated to find a compatible one. They did a good job within the possibilities of my old furnace. Highly recommended!
