Maintain It! saves the day again! My furnace was blowing cool air for 2 days. I called this morning, and Bob was able to fit me in between other jobs. He came out at 10am and by 1045 he had diagnosed and fixed the problem (condensation build up plugging the trap). Friendly, knowledgeable, fair, expert service every time. Highest recommendation for Maintain It!

This past May had a great experience with Bob who had the most convenient availability and competitive price point. Very professional, came in inspected my AC unit, offered pretty helpful advice and done quickly leaving no mess behind. Will be calling him in October when its time to switch to heat and have my humidifier fixed. Great Service!

Maintain It! has been our HVAC go-to for years, and we have consistently received excellent customer service! Bob is always so professional and respectful, not only toward us individually, but also by the way he treats our home. He is very knowledgeable and gives us tips on how to keep our A/C and furnace running efficiently. Mr. Bob Troise is very kind, respectful and considerate. He keeps me posted on arrival times, sometimes he's early!!!! Bob is also very honest, diligent in getting the job done. Prompt professional and very thorough. The technician serviced our Furnace (They are HVAC specialists) and also installed a ring camera! We will definitely be using them again.
