We are very pleased with Dover Floor & Tile, and our recent kitchen renovation. From our first interaction with James in the showroom and his multiple visits to our home for selections and work progress, to working with Brent and Shawn (demo), Leo (JFL tile) and Joe (cabinet/wall painter), we could not be more pleased. We had a fantastic experience with Dover Floor! We popped in one Saturday afternoon to look at what they had to offer. James was exceptionally knowledgeable and polite. Not only that, he helped us pick a flooring that was perfect for our project. Once we decided to move forward, he even worked with us on our budget and helped find flooring that was perfect AND affordable. The most important thing to us, communication. James was great about getting our project scheduled and worked with us to get the work done as quickly as possible. James quickly responded to all my questions I had throughout the process. James and his team installed all new flooring in almost my entire house with zero issues. We came to Dover to redo our pantry/laundry room. James worked with us from day one to envision, plan, and coordinate the project. He was extremely thoughtful and communicative through the whole process and his team was efficient and professional. We ordered Mannington LVP for our kitchen remodel and also ordered Shaw carpet and installation for our stairs. Everything is looking beautiful and customer service along the way was excellent.
