Frank was on time and notified me he was on his way. He told me exactly what he would be doing and why. He provided me with a detailed list of his recommendations and the cost for each. He was careful in moving the dryer and made sure things were put back in place. I will definitely call call Dryer Vent Wizard going forward to keep the vent clean.

We were quoted a max of $200 when we made the appointment. It was $260 when the tech arrived, plus $100 for a vent flap. Had the person on the phone been honest about the pricing we would not have scheduled this service. That said, the work done appears to be ok.

I had a new dryer vent installed. Frank was professional and knowledgeable about my dryer problems. He made recommendations that saved me money. He cleaned up the mess involved with installation and stayed to make sure everything was operating as it should. Highly recommend.

Frank quickly diagnosed the location of the break in our vent line using a camera. It required cutting a hole in the ceiling to repair and everything was done in short order. Frank was very informative and professional. Scheduling and communication was also very good with the call center.
