Duffy's AIS

I have received multiple e-mails from Duffy's to review them. Here goes. They are too expensive. Their tech arrived to look at a commercial oven. He gave me no confidence in his hour long diagnosis. I received a bill for $485 the next day. Later in the day, I received an estimate for $1645 to replace two parts that may or may not be the problem. I will not be calling them again for any repairs. To be fair, I did use them years ago to fix/refurbish an old 60 quart mixer. It was very expensive, but the work was completed by an experienced technician. I wish they had sent him back this time.

Delivery and removal and installation were handled professionally. The new ice machine functions superbly. Thank you for your assistance.

Owner and operator is very knowledgeable and very willing to help you learn to brew beer at home.
