Great homes and good people to deal with. I have been to all 3 locations and have met with all the salesmen. I must say that the Jackson location has a bit of a smell to it since they allowed their cats to roam free in the office. Update - it's not the cat itself the issue it is the smell of the place where the cat has been in there and may have marked his area.

I've been to several other lots with different manufacturers and this lot by far had the nicest models with the beat service. Richard was knowledge, helpful, kind, and amazing to work with. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and there's even a kitty named Brutus that's super friendly too! Unfortunately I was outside the service area, but if I was within I'd definitely be going with D&W. Even though I was outside the service area, Richard still treated me like a customer and I couldn't ask for better service!

Great place to go and look at houses. My wife and I are looking to move from our apartment to a new home. They have a lot of display models available to preview. I like something from each home, so if I could take what I like and create my dream home, that would be great. Lol Ideally, we want a 2 master bedroom on each side of the house. Our bedroom would have an awesome large jacuzzi tub with a double shower and lots of closet space. Must have a large hot water tank to take care of the long hot showers and soaking in the tub. The bedrooms would open up into a large kitchen with an island and large living room with fireplace. The laundry room would be spacious with a sink for pre soaking and a place to hang and fold clothes. Sorry for the wish list, but I do recommend checking this place o
