On 10/27/2025 we called Stockmeister's related to a problem that my sister in Jackson was having in her basement with a damaged pipe that was leaking. Lilly as always was able to get two great gentlemen out within a few hours and solved the problem. It was such a relief for me as I live in Cincinnati. Lilly, Matt, and these two plumbers, Josh and Daniel all of them were kind, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Josh and Dave arrived and fixed the issue I was having with my kitchen sink. They were professional and courteous and even cleaned up the messy situation (both literally and figuratively). Fair prices considering the amount of effort and and the type of work they had to do. 100% recommend!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. When I initially called them, they said they’d be at our home to fix our plumbing that same evening. Well hours pass with no phone call or anyone showing up. I decide to call back and I get a different person who has no clue what I’m talking about. She then consults someone else and then goes “Oh, we were supposed to call you and tell you we’re not going to make it over there tonight.” She also informs me that they do not work overtime. So I have to make an appointment for the following Monday. We endure the whole weekend with our plumbing backing up and then Monday morning, a guy named Mark shows up later than planned and messes up our bathroom and yard, charges us $494 just to tell us they couldn’t help us—we had tree roots in our plumbing. I do not recommend them. I got charged $100 for them to just stop by my house for 5 minutes to tell me they weren’t going to help me.
