We have had two purchases. First was a deal on a used upright freezer last year that we are very pleased with from sale to delivery and removal of our older unit. Our second purchase was a new speed queen washer/ dryer pair that we love. Mollie was great with info, sales and working with us on a delivery time. Always happy to patronize a local business that does quality work, at a fair price.

Had the guys fix the computer board in my Kenmore range a few years back and they were very timely, job well done, no mess or any complaints and very nice. Really glad to have appliance repair men and a showroom right here in our small town.

Mollie got me set up, Josh fixed the dryer within 20 minutes. It's almost supernatural. The dishwasher demons will be expelled next week.

I was assigned JDs Hometown Appliance as the factory-authorized service provider for a faulty appliance which is still under warranty. My experience from that point forward was only negative. First, they scheduled an initial service visit for around August 1, 2025. Then, the day of the scheduled visit, they called and told me they could not keep the appointment because they were having "an issue with their vehicle." Even though I had arranged to take off work to meet them for the appointment, I agreed to change the date to August 7th. Then, a few days before that appointment, they told me they would again have to reschedule because their van was "in the garage." They asked to move my appointment to August 14th instead. I accommodated them again and made the change. Fortunately, (I th
