I am only rating the actual service work provided by Sears Appliance Repair which was EXCELLENT. The technician was very knowledgeable about the product and the repair was completed in an appropriate amount of time. I have a serious problem with their AI (artificial Intelligence) that generates automatic messages to both my email and texts to my cell phone. If I could rate it separately, it would receive a negative number. In a period of just over 15 days, I received no less that 40 emails and 22 text messages. Many were constant repeats, or notices that the technician would be arriving in 3 days, 2 days, 1 day, etc. The AI asked me to confirm my appointment multiple times by answering with a 1. I would do that and sometimes receive the same message that same day and/or very next d
