I highly recommend USA Service! Our furnace had stopped working, so I gave this company a call. Chris, the owner, stopped by and checked on the furnace. He was able to figure out what was wrong in 15 minutes. He was also able to get the part needed to fix the furnace and even installed the part the same day. He showed up in the snow, late at night, in 30 degree weather, to make sure our furnace got fixed. Chris was great, and I appreciated his work. He was very reasonable, and knowledgeable as well. I will be calling him again in the future if I need any heating or cooling help.

Chris saved Christmas for our home! As the temperatures dropped into the negatives our house was getting colder and our main furnace wasn’t keeping up. We have mini split heating/cooling systems upstairs and we realized they weren’t blowing hot air, therefore, our house was staying cold, in the low 50s. We called him 12/23 at 7pm to ask if there was anything he could do before we made plans not to be in our home for Christmas with our kids. He was currently at a job but called us back at 10pm and came to our home to see if there was anything he could do that night to help, unfortunately there wasn’t. He told us he would he back CHRISTMAS EVE to fix the issue. He showed back up this morning and spent 2 hours fixing our system. His rates were BEYOND reasonable and did not charge extra for a

Chris came and looked under our house to try to find the location of a sewer smell happening in our main bathroom. He couldn’t find anything and decided he would replace the seal of the toilet. He had us pay him ahead of time for the hour of work and wax seal. He said and wrote on the bill of sale that he would be back the next day. It’s been 8 days now and he still has yet to return to do the job. I told him today that we would prefer a refund because it’s not working out. We have yet to hear back from him. I do not recommend him. Very unprofessional after having a decent interaction with him the first time. Very disappointed. Unfortunately he was unable to communicate, stay on time or show up at all. My fault for trusting him and paying in advance. Never again.

Chris (and his assistant) did an excellent job with our plumbing issue! Had a clogged sewer pipe that seemed almost impossible to clear out. He had to snake it 3 times but he got it unclogged. Installed a new clean-out, which should have been installed by the last plumbers who unclogged it a few years ago (Their makeshift clean-out may have been the cause of my current clog). But where they failed, Chris succeeded! Worked swiftly, very knowledgeable and professional, and very affordable. Will definitely call again if I need his services and will recommend to everyone I know. Thanks!

Chris is THE MAN! Came out this evening (Sunday 8/22/21) and got me running in a matter of minutes! He's a very kind and friendly guy who does excellent work and certainly knows his stuff. Definitely recommend!
