Great people they really check us in on our appointment time and right after an hour the truck was unloaded and we were out. They really load and unload quickly valuing everyone's time.👍

This is one of the worst places to deliver tooo!! They don’t give clear instructions how to get checked In and they did not have any one working at front desk that will help you!! I had to keep stopping folks to get help and one guy finally spoke English that could help and I got here at 3pm the one girl told me to come back at 3:30pm I came back at 3:40pm and they told me that the second shift would be here to help me at 3:30pm how can they do that when it is already 3:40pm and I am standing right in front of the receiving office and there are 2 ladies sitting in there watching me and not helping at all!! This company really needs to teach these folks to be considerate of the truckers time and effort and be one time , because if we are late then there’s a huge problem with us and our com

This review is about Frigidaire who I guess uses Electrolux to manage their returns. Beware when purchasing small appliances and parts you may want to return. They made me pay the shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee which cost more than the item itself not to mention all the time I spent discovering this. THE worst customer service I've ever experienced!

I know you're far distance from Massachusetts but think twice before you buy an electroluxe appliance please I have a Frigidaire parent company Electrolux the freezer broke two weeks before Thanksgiving and it is still not fixed are you hearing me I lost my whole Thanksgiving meal because of this Appliance. I will be in closing pictures of the parts that they have sent or delivered that are wrong or broken or damaged brand new freezer under a year old and it's still broken think twice folks about Electrolux

The security guard at the check-in, very nice guy, but he’s being overworked. It was many drivers in there waiting to check in and out, and he was in there by himself. He radio for help a woman come to the desk and tell him he’s doing a good job Instead of helping him, I would’ve quit right there and let that woman deal with everybody. I don’t know how he kept himself together.
