Embassy Suites Garage

The worst Embassy Suites I've ever been to. Severely understaffed, outdated rooms with old, uncomfortable beds. The hotel reeks of weed. The room above us decided to blast music at midnight. I called the front desk and no one answered, I had to go down to complain. They did get them to stop, but they started again at 2.

BE WARNED Parking 49$ that is a RIP OFF and other hotels give us free waters as a hilton honors diamond membership and don’t ever question and as customer service goes they could have said, “hey we don’t usually do that I can tell you seem frustrated I will give you a water compliment this time for free now that would have been a better response. “

Property does not have air-conditioning. It's cooler outside than it is in my room which doesn't even have windows to open and there is nothing management will do about it.

I really want to say how great the cook to order breakfast was. The chefs that was cookin were outstanding

Room wasn't ready when I arrived didn't check in until after 6:00pm, digital key never worked
