I had got a new HVAC and water heater installed by them in mid 2019. They were very good with that but problems started in 2022 when my water heater stopped working . They do not entertain calls. Never show up. Charge you but never fix anything. After sales service for them means taking the moneytand disappearing without fixing anything. They will come, spend an hour on the phone, take the money and go. They do not believe in fixing anything.

We had a great experience working with Sunil & Pranav bhai team. They installed the high efficiency Furnace and Water Heater at the earliest convenience, so the house had heat & hot water right away during winter months. They also performed insulation and air sealing in my attic and since then we've noticed around 35% of savings in our monthly energy bill. I got hvac, ac, water heater and air sealing done with Patel builders in 2018. Systems worked well until recently when my father accidentally covered the exhaust of the water heater causing water heater to stop! My 3 year warranty had expired last year so I thought I will call anyone to repair it. Got multiple texts/emails from popular internet companies (that I won’t name) $150 plus to examine only and most common recommendation was to replace! Then I thought of calling Mr Sunil Patel, it went to voicemail and I left VM. He called back in the evening and noted details, to come next day. Drove 1.5 hours from somewhere to me in Bridgewater.
