Excel Remodeling

We live in a Sears Roebuck on-site built kit home from the 1940s. These homes have a rich history and less than 50 thousand still exist today. We love our home and its location and didn’t really want to move. Unfortunately our home was under a 1,000 sq ft with 1 bathroom and a teeny tiny kitchen. We needed more room ! We hired Excel to expand our home by adding an additional master bathroom with upstairs laundry, a large open kitchen and a den. Excel is simply amazing ! We were given a 60 day plan of action and yes, Excel kept to the schedule and completed our remodel as scheduled. Alicia, our designer worked with our plan and layout to accommodate our unique choices like outlets inside of cabinets. She understood the concept we wanted and adjusted as needed to bring it to fruition. She

We can't thank Excel Remodeling enough from the outside trim work completed on our home to look like new to our kitchen remodel project. After 30+ years our kitchen was transformed. What can seem like a daunting process was anything but from the start with Alicia, design specialist, who somehow pulled everything together with such ease to the impeccable woodworking and attention to detail by Tom, to the day to day project details and quality workmanship by Carlo, our new kitchen was beautiful and completed on time. We had Excel remodel our bathroom in 2020, and we loved the results so much, we had them remodel our kitchen in 2024! We loved working with Brian, Bill, Thom, and the guys. They are very knowledgeable, and gifted, in their respective crafts. Additionally, they set a schedule, and stuck to it. There were no surprises, or additional costs. Excel did a wonderful job designing and constructing our new primary bathroom! We love it, especially out tile walk-in shower! Their attention to detail is incredible. Their communication is excellent. The designer, Brian, was easy to work with and had lots of fantastic and "outside the box" ideas for us to consider. The foreman, Bill, and all the subs were super friendly, wonderful craftsmen and respected our home during the whole process. We would recommend Excel to anyone who is contemplating a home remodel!
