Great customer service! Had to reschedule service call 2 times. Called 800 number. Both reps were pleasant and quick. Repair technician George was friendly and efficient. Very professional operation.

George explained everything he was doing to fix my stove top issue. Showed me how to handle the situation in the future. Ordered the piece for the freezer and will be back in a few days to install the part. Very respectful of my property. Left no mess behind. Did an excellent job.
