Leaps & Bounds Heating and Cooling

This process started with our consultation from Bob. He was very friendly when he came out and didn’t push us into purchasing anything, simply answered all of the questions we had and explained that this being the offseason, if we had a job done sooner it would cost us less. I wanted it mainly for the A/C in the summer. The house doesn’t have central air and I was planning on a box unit, however I was told that a mini-split would be cheaper in the long run. The heating bill was also through the roof as the house relies on baseboard heaters, and we were told and saw online that this would be exponentially cheaper. We also had a consult from a separate company done and the price that Leaps & Bounds gave was much cheaper and the other company wanted to run the wiring along the outside of the

They came out and talk to us. They said it would take 3 days to complete everything. Conor and Tyler came our march 2. They were done by march 3. They treated our house respectfully. They put a furnace and two mini splits in. They cleaned our floors were They were working. Very respectful. They made sure we had heat by the first day. Very pleased with there work

Nate,Conor and angel are very respectful,friendly and polite. They done a awesome job and made sure we were satisfied and made sure we knew how to work the systems. They left us know if we had any questions or problems to just give them a call. I am very happy with there services. They are the most polite people I have met.

My mom and I had to have our AC/heating unit replaced today. We have the absolute BEST installation team here today -thank you Nate, Jeryd and Conor for an amazing job. They arrived at the condo exactly when they were scheduled to arrive and got to work right away. They removed the broken equipment and installed the new units quickly and efficiently. When they finished wiring up the units, they walked me through how to change the settings on the new thermostat and gave me complete information on the new system. They were very knowledgeable and efficient. They were also VERY friendly, polite and respectful and treated our home like it was their own. When they were done, there wasn't a speck of dirt anywhere. We were looking to replace our very old oil boiler system. With the help of Bob we decided to switch to a propane/natural gas furnace with Leaps and Bounds. Isaac, Nathan, Jovani and JD were extremely polite, respectful and professional the entire time they were here. There was a small hiccup and they had another tech come out the next day to fix it, no charge. Would highly recommend working with this company!
