Worst business interaction ive ever had. Let me first state off by saying this happened last winter. Everything was fine we got our tank filled by them two times before this and on a cold Saturday my tank went empty. I called them and I had to order an emergency drop being that they dont normally supply on the weekends. Guy came and dropped it off and everything was going well until I received the bill. I was charged alot extra then I should have been and when I contacted customer service they said it was because I ordered an emergency drop when I didnt need one. I told them that I was literally on empty and my pipes were literally freezing. Their own driver literally remarked on how unlucky i was for my tank going empty when it was that cold out. We've been customers for years and will continue to be customers. They always have the best customer service, quick delivery times, the lowest price and highest quality products. The product is so good when we had our oil burner serviced the technician commented on how clean the oil burned. Could not be happier.

I didn't like how my last oil delivery was handled. It felt as though squeezing in a delivery before the end of the season & charging me a high rate was intentional. I'm also unable to access my account online. The company started out ok but this situation in particular put a bad taste in my mouth. On a positive note, if you are on auto delivery it works effectively, & the company offers a budget plan for payments.

I’ve been using Tevis for 3 years and never had a problem. May be more expensive but a local company and will support a local company. Called last week on a Tuesday said they couldn’t get me a delivery till that Monday/ Tuesday after and was there the next day.

Been with them for awhile, always good customer service and deliveries are always on time. Recommend them for you heating needs!
