I'm really pleased with The Flying Locksmiths! They did a walk-through of our facility and got all of the details collected. When they came back to do the install, they were able to get right to work. The installation went smoothly and didn't disrupt our daily work. The installers were professional and considerate! After the installation, they took their time explaining the operation of the system and made sure we understood it! I definitely give them an "A+"!
Scheduled an appointment to have our locks changed. Was told that we couldn't setup a specific time, we would just need to wait on call to meet with the technician from some time between 9 and 4. OK, not great but we'll roll with it. Received a call at 2 pm on the designated day informing us that, no, it turns out the technician won't be making it out to our house after all. Burned a day waiting on them. The flying locksmiths clearly don't have much respect for their customer's time.
Recently bought a new home and wanted to switch out all of the locks (knobs and deadbolts) since we didn't have keys for most of the locks and none of them matched. The team from Flying Locksmiths gave me a reasonable estimate and got me scheduled ASAP. I bought all of the new hardware (knobs and deadbolts) and they came out and installed them. The final cost was exactly what we had discussed on the phone, and the team was sure to clean up behind themselves. I highly recommend them!!
We hired them to install a locking door. Service was prompt, communication was great and they were extremely respectful of our space and clients we had during installation. I highly recommend them and will use their services again if needed in the future.
I am excited to to give this review because the technician that came out was super Professional and attentive to detail. He wanted to make sure everything was done with expertise.
