Express Kitchens: Torrington

We recently had Express Kitchens design and install our kitchen. It was a delight working with Laurie who did a fantastic job in designing what we needed. She was so helpful and her suggestions worked well. The installer, Roy, was so great. Very professional and did a wonderful job, I can't say enough good about him and his work ethic. Same goes for the installers of our countertops. The entire project was so well done and the responsiveness of everyone one involved was more than I could ask for. We knew upfront what the job would cost unlike another company we had visited. Highly recommend Express and Laurie. Thank you all.

I had a complete Kitchen install and was extremely pleased with the quality of the cabinet as well as the workmanship of the installation. From the onset of the order, Laurie was magnificent and very accommodating all the way to the finish product, I could not be happier. I would highly recommend this company.

We knew right away that we would give them a try, as Laurie was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs. Any questions or issues were addressed and resolved promptly. Love Love Love ❤️ our new kitchen !! We started this journey 7 weeks ago with Harry at the Torrington Showroom. He was amazing !! Express Kitchens was fabulous in making, confirming and arriving as expected on all of our appointments. I have spoken to Robin and Frank during this process and they have been great !! As you can see this wasn’t their biggest remodel but they made us feel like it was. Great people, great prices … please give them a call !!

When I first entered the Torrington showroom my first request was that the cabinets were ALL wood construction. I was assured that the nox was solid plywood construction and the doors were solid birch. We went forward with the order and to my shock and dismay when the cabinets arrived I realized that the doors were HDF. High Density Fiberboard, basically cardboard!! I brought it to my sales persons attention and she insisted they were all wood. She didn’t even know what HDF was ! She had been misled by her training team and genuinely believed they were wood. The customer service department was not helpful. They said that’s what I ordered snd took no responsibility for misleading me ! Additionally the layout was flawed and I needed an end panel for my refrigerator because the guy who did th
