We really wish we could give 10 stars! Eddy is a spectacular contractor. We contacted Eddy after a few bad experiences with other contractors. Eddy responded right away and we had his estimate in our hands the same night. He is very polite and thorough. He gave him a huge list of things to complete in our house prior to listing our house for sale. He arrived each day with his crew ready to work. They carefully covered our wood floors prior to starting any work. He always listened to any concerns or changes we needed in the middle of the project. We have since contacted him for 2 other projects and plan on using his services in our future home!

We just used Ever for a roof repair on our home in Burien. He was AWESOME! I could not recommend him more. He was very responsive - calling me back right away, showing up on time, getting us on his schedule quickly. He also worked with the electric company to turn our power off so he could do the work - the electric company said it would take 6 weeks to get us on the schedule but Ever got it to happen in 2 weeks. The problem ended up being bigger than we had originally thought but he gave us a range of cost to make sure the problem was completely taken care of and then ended up coming in at the low end of his range while going above and beyond to make sure our roof was completely fixed. We will definitely be calling Ever and EZ Home Advisor for any needs we have.

EZ makes the process of remodeling very pleasant. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism. They even clean up after themselves everyday.

Eddie fixed my problem with my garage door sensor but not the way I asked him to do it I needed the loose sheetrock replaced as well he did not do that however he did tighten up my sensor so it could read the other sensor on the other side of the garage door so it would go up and down again that's wonderful but I can't get ahold of him now to do anything else I guess we did not mesh well
