CAUTION: Faile's Tree Service LLC I hired Faile's Tree Service to clear and grade 6 acres of land. After taking my deposit, the owner, Matthew Faile, completely disappeared and never returned to complete the work. Despite multiple promises to either begin the job or refund my money, nothing has happened. Every time I contact him, he gives a new excuse or a false promise that he'll "take care of it." It's been nearly two months of back-and-forth with no results--just a frustrating game of cat and mouse. This has been a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I would strongly caution anyone from doing business with Faile's Tree Service. If you value your time and money, look elsewhere.

Do not use this company..I hired them back in October to do some work and almost 2 months later the job is not done...I paid this company in full because I felt bad for him since his equipment broke , he said they would be back the next week to finish which was a lie...he will avoid text and calls . I told him I am placing a lien on his company in which he replied he wasn't scared which let me know what kind of business he runs...he text me on 12/8 and told me a refund was issued and as of today nothing has been done...so a lien and small claims court it is...steer clear of this guy Matt Faile...
