Wonderful experience from initial design through completion. After our initial meeting with Catie, she knew exactly what we were looking for (even though we didn't). Her experience in the industry shines through as she was able to take a relatively small space and turn it into a kitchen we never thought possible. They were nothing but honest about lead-times and costs and extremely patient as we ran into a few hiccups along the way. The delivery process even exceeded our expectations - the drivers would very courteous and took great care to protect the new cabinets and our home (sorry - I forgot their names!). A few pieces arrived with some damage - we were warned ahead of time it might happen and Catie was quick to get replacements. She even took care of scheduling the counter top design

We recently did a smaller kitchen renovation and purchased countertops through Fairview Millwork & Kitchens. We had a positive experience with Catie at your Amherst location. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She was great at communicating and getting back to us in a timely manner. She had excellent recommendations and advice throughout the whole process. She was very patient with us and all of our many questions and concerns. She helped us stay within our budget and didn't push extras on us. There are so many choices out there. Catie helped guide us and narrow down all the options with less stress. We would highly recommend visiting Catie if you have a project you want to do in your home!!

I don't normally write reviews, but I simply could not let the amazing talent and customer service by Catie Stack go unnoticed. I needed to remodel my kitchen due to a water leak. Since this was a major expense I knew I had to get it done correctly. Even though I had my idea of what I wanted, Catie pointed out things I did not think of such as how drawers were positioned, or the flow of the traffic in the kitchen, and the materials that were new and might meet my needs. I had no idea things had changed so much in the last few years. Thank goodness Catie was on top of the industry standards and trends!
