Fire Water Pros

We had our portable A/C unit overflow after a power outage in a second floor bedroom. The water seeped through the hardwood flooring and caused a hole in the plaster ceiling of the ground floor living room. While we personally had some trouble with our insurance, the speed and quality of the work done once that was settled was absolutely excellent. They were able to repair the ceiling with modern materials and the room honestly looks better than it did before it even happened. They were even able to get the floor in the upstairs bedroom sanded and resealed. Very happy overall with the work done.

Chris and his team were exceptional! We had a leaky roof which created mold, Chris and his team made it a seamless work/customer experience going above our expectation. They also cleaned out our HVAC system with very little interruption with a price no one could beat. Amazing company and an amazing experience. Thanks for all that you did! Well, Chris Dailey certainly did, and he was very friendly about it and took the time to listen to what was going on and came right over same day. Turns out, my project was much smaller than his normal phone calls since he is normally working on larger disasters getting homes up and running again after devastating losses. My issue was simply needing to get inside a light fixture to clean it properly after some dirty water had gotten trapped inside. But, that didn't seem to make any difference at all to Chris. I have had other water restoration companies here for different projects and was very disappointed in their professionalism and performance, that was not the case with Fire Water Pros. I had a leaking roof on Christmas Eve and Fire Water Pros was referred to me by my roofing contractor.The owner Chris came at the same time right after Christmas, I was their priority. Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything to me after climbing up in my attic. I would definitely refer them for any of their services.

Our very aged waste water pipes going into septic completely collapsed while we were on vacation. When we came back we were using shower, toilet, sink and washer as normal cause we were unaware. Then the toilet started backing up. We called septic people and they told us what they found in the crawl space. My dad an aunt told me to call Chris right away.
