Unfortunately, during the process, their truck became stuck between the house and caused some damage to the roof. While that was obviously frustrating, John immediately stepped up. He was proactive in communicating from the start, took full responsibility, and made sure the repairs were handled properly and on a tight timeline. He has been helping cover the cost of repairs and has worked to ensure I’m fully taken care of. This past job, the team removed a tree from in front of my home and ground down the stump. From start to finish it was a seamless operation. The response after my initial call for an estimate was prompt, and the ease of getting the estimate and in their schedule for the work was smooth and completely hassle free. The estimate itself was very reasonable and fair, he walked around with me and was very thourough as to what I wanted, and helped me determine what would look right. Also very patient and super nice. The crew arrived at my home on time, reviewed with me again what I wanted. They worked very efficiently and carefully, and the job was done in no time at all! After a bad ice storm, we lost a number of large branches from a large tree at the intersection of 3 backyards, close to all the houses. John's helped with the decision about whether to cut back for safety only or remove the tree entirely. They were easy to work with for the estimate and responsive to all the questions, which were pretty detailed since there were multiple houses involved. They came out the next day and quickly but carefully and neatly removed the tree and all the associated debris. It was impressive to watch them work. Very happy with them while on the job in addition to the results!
