Huge shout out to Jim!! He was working near the greenhouse section & helped me as soon as I entered. He’s very knowledgeable on each species of plants & knew how to take care of each one. 5 stars for Jim :) thank you again!

The outer box of our mail order was in very rough shape. Took it to customer service in Johnson City NY and a young lady named Kat was AWESOME! Along with the associate she hailed, found a replacement and assisted me in using my veterans discount. Polite, efficient, and made our return easily replaced.

We bought a bay window in June of 2025. We had them back 3 times because the crank to open on one side didn’t work right. Then we started having water coming from the top of the window, not to be seen, to the base of the window. I could see water stains all around the window. One day last week we had a puddle and more dampness around the window. I had decided I didn’t want a bay window replacement, back when the project manager came to inspect the window problems. I would go with a regular crank out window. I was told I would have to pay for this faulty bay window and they are not cheap. Why do I have to pay for a faulty window that they put in? Definitely not a happy customer. It’s now 2026.

Was there twice today. First time associate was irate. Did not like the way I was talked to. But, he did help, so I let it slide. Second, on to checkout. Card reader did not work. Not my card. Dirty reader? Then I took one of items back due to poor performance. Service desk lady was talking on phone entire time, slowed everything down. Dislike this store. Also, new rule, some items only get 7 days returns. New York law says 30 days. Not sure how they can do this. Check out pic of sign. Overall disappointed in this store . Few help in store. Today I visited home Depot to pay my home Depot card and do a little light shopping. I was able to find everything I was looking for. The store was well staffed and clean. I purchased a diamond file and cordless Dremel rotary tool. I got the brushless motor version. I also was able to get a glass and stone polishing kit. Very excited. I drove from Ithaca to shop at this store in particular.
