I hired Warehouse Carpet and Flooring this past August to install glue-down vinyl plank flooring (approx. 1,660 sq ft) in my basement, and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The process began in July when Zach came to measure and review samples. We discussed moldings, and I was told they weren’t necessary because the planks could be installed tight to the wall. Based on that information, we chose to move forward without purchasing moldings. The installation was scheduled for a specific date and time, but over an hour after they were supposed to arrive, I was notified that the crew’s van had “broken down” and the job needed to be rescheduled. My experience with Warehouse Carpet, especially Sue, was absolutely AMAZING!!! Throughout the entire process, Sue was so friendly and accommodating (especially with me changing installation dates! 😉). The installation was smooth and the installers friendly and professional. Lastly, but not least, we are thrilled with the carpet -- it really warmed up the bedrooms and gave life to the stairs. Thanks for everything!!

I was shopping around for new carpeting and flooring for bathrooms where I work. They were my 3rd stop had to get 3 estimates for work guidelines. The customer service was great and they worked with me to get the best option. Installation was quickly done in the main room in a very timely manner. Waiting for bathroom materials to arrive which are on order . Highly recommend . In addition to our main room we just had new floors in bathroom installed. Once again the whole process was so easy and Dave Meade the salesman was absolutely great to work with..

They did an incredible job, the installers were so quiet, beyond kind and very considerate. I would highly recommend them. The room has a completely different look and it came out wonderful. Super happy.

He is the number one reason we shop at WC&F. The gentleman who installed the carpet did a wonderful job. The two rooms look great with the new carpet.
