Amazing turnaround for quality diagnosis and repair. Both Shane (initial tech for diagnosis) and Tadd (follow-up repair service) were good guys and very professional. I scheduled same day service on a Saturday; Shane ordered part. Delivered Monday. So initial Thursday repair rescheduled for Tuesday and we were back up and running. Amazing!

Shane Williams arrived at my home to service our Samsung gas range. Shane was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained what was going on with our range in a way that was easily understood, logical and reasonable. It is clear that Shane very knowledgeable and quite the technician. Shane went above and beyond and was a pleasure to work with, would not hesitate to use your services again because of my experience with Shane.

Shane is great and knowledgeable. Unfortunately he was sent to install a part that was the result of another techs diagnosis. Shane’s examination and diagnosis was much better and I wish I had him for initial visit. The part I received is not likely to fix the issue I had.

Shane is professional, knowledgeable, on time and very thorough with his communication and evaluation...one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had.

Tadd came through and showed me exactly what was wrong. Before arriving he gave me a 1 hour time frame and then an automated text gave me an alert when he I was his next stop. He was kind and went through cycles to diagnose the issue. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend. Update: the parts were exactly what I needed and it only took 45 minutes for me to change it out like he said! No leaks and now all there is left to do is clean up! Thanks again, Tadd!
