The customer service was impeccable. I worked with Terri to schedule some routine maintenance. She was so flexible with the scheduling and very professional. Enter…Michael Murphy - he came out to do the routine maintenance. He walked me through the steps he was taking, and ensured that I was happy with the work he performed. 5 STARS!!

Mike Murphy was awesome. He came in and explained everything to me that needed to be done. He checked everything and explained their service contract to me. He made me feel very at ease and I would recommend them to anyone that needs their HVAC system worked on.

I am impressed, and that is not an easy task these days. I recently signed up on 5 Star's maintenance program and was quite pleased with an initial cleaning of my ducts and unit where black mold was found. I thought good job. Yesterday morning I woke up to a situation where when I turned the heat on at the termostat nothing was happening. I threw the breaker but still no heat so I called 5 Star. Within 90 minutes a technican was at my door. As it turned out my problem was a minor one. But it was very reassuring that my needs were addressed that quickly. Thanks Suntino from 5 Star, great job.

So i have mixed reviews on this company. The company itself deserves 5 star rating and if you want to deal with this company i suggest talking to the manager George. Hes an honest understanding and genuine guy. We had a really bad experience with one of the service people Robert. I wont go into detail but it was wrong what he did to us but George called us and made it right and went above and beyond to fix the issue. So i have to say the company itself is trustworthy and i do recommend them. I recommend talking to George first for the right options.

Mike came to my house and did a great job for me. I ended up buying A maintenance agreement. They did a very good job for me. I was very happy with them. I will definitely use them in the future.
